My biggest beef with gooner games (as in, games that are ecchi but not softcore pornography, ie Nikke with jiggling cheeks vs Brown Dust 2 where you can actually make them orgasm on screen) is that the characters aren't allowed to be cool as characters, just fapbait. It's weak, and it speaks to the one thing I really, really hate about gooners in general; for how much they spend obsessing over what they like, they have no fucking taste.
I want yandere knightesses threatening me with shotguns with their big wide-open eyes and shark-toothed smiles, I want escaped prisoner bitches whipping and tying people up with the slack of their shackle chains, I want samurai swordswomen in robes that are just off the shoulders flexing their scars and back muscles. What do I get? Swimsuits.
It's like owning a race car and painting it completely matte black. It's a fucking crime. I will strangle a Chinese game dev.
