He was the Lord of Slane castle which hosted bands such as Metallica.

He was a true saint of music.

This year is the last year of Slane Castles rock concerts.

The Rolling Stones, Madonna, Queen, Bob Dylan, Robbie Williams, David Bowie, U2, Eminem, Bruce Springsteen, Kings Of Leon, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Oasis, REM and Metallica, all played at Slane Castle.

Rest in peace Lord Charles.
