Yeah, but if you have been there, you get to see shit thats not in your own backyard, see how the other half lives, try shit that tastes and smells different. Im not disagreeing that people are miserable and boring everywhere. But I like to at least see people being boring and miserable in different backgrounds. I annoyed the shit out of some German guy AND my ex because I made her take me to a typewriter museum and translate the guys lecture/tour for me. They were annoyed, I got to see a Japanese accounting machine AND the largest unified collection of IBMs in 1 location. Then I went shopping for Reichsmarks around the corner. Ya dont get to see that shit every day. Dont be so blase about doing cool shit. I got to see Picrel. There isnt anything like that over here...
