The use of "climate change" is intentional weasel wording. Ofc the climate changes, it would be incredibly odd if it was in constant stasis when everything in nature is in flux. But by calling the hypothesis of anthropological climate change just "climate change", they can call people who deny it's man-made "climate change deniers", and then all they need to do is show that the climate is changing to disprove them, ignoring the fact this is a blatant straw man argument. Lucky for them there's enough stupid people not to notice this clever sleight of hand.
