Thanks for bringing back funny memories. Apparently it's a real thing from jewish lore believe it or not. Don't sweat it with spending your stamina, you'll have a ton of it until you suddenly don't. You can't catch up to the day one players but the game gives almost no extra rewards to the sweat lords so you aren't missing out. Just take it at your own pace and have fun. I suggest saving all your rolls in a bit less than 10 days the game is going to have a big limited fest with some super strong characters to roll for.
The best parts of the game are the story/music/atmosphere. Don't skip out on the girls stories and just play at your own pace and you'll have a good time. At least give it until you get to Vol F, that is where the story peaks.
