>”woman with animal ears and tail?" anon, you just posted several examples
None of them are strictly humans with animal ears only. All of them have traits that extend beyond that like having fur and/or snouts. Catra new iteration is covered in fur as confirmed by the show runners as well as her new design showing she has tuffs of fur in her face that match the color of her body. Cheetara has always been fur covered but the artstyle of the 80s series makes it hard to tell but the 00s series drew the Thundercats with tuffs of fur in their bodies, Cheetah from Batman has been depicted with tuffs of fur and in live action I think. Another example is Rigby girlfriend in Regular Show, she has a human face but confirmed to be covered in fur by the show runners. Again the thread is about characters that strictly have animal ears and tails only, minor or not having fur goes beyond just having animal ears.
>what is the kemomimi character in Shining Force? you're not calling centaurs kemomimi, are you?
I thought they had one but looks like I’m wrong there. Either way another example of a Japanese series with non-kemonomimi beast folk designs.
>that is a human face with human bone structure and features. looks like they didn't even give her the cat nose.
No that’s very much a feline snout shape. The nose is visible but a little hard to see, but that clearly shows a protruding snout instead of a flat face unlike the anime figure to the right.
>Pulchra
As I said her datamined model without the mask shows she has a full on snout but the artstyle of her 2D artwork flattens her face. As for the other character yes, it’s on the wiki, she’s the only drawn with a protruding snout.
