The conversion pathway is usually:

I'm not too fazed about non-practitioners leaving while the enemy is losing serious practitioners.

It's funny because few religions discourage their people to ask too many questions and explore the religion so much. In fact, I'd say ex-muslims make some of the best Christians, very knowledgeable and very serious about their faith.
