Anon. I want Noelle to be interesting but I just don't see it since a good 80% percent of her screentime is yuribaiting and gags about her being easily spooked. She has all of the presence of one of the bit characters but is given the importance and screen time of a main character. I feel like I have learned just as much about fucking Catti.
