For this shot >>4442641 a lot of planning goes on before I even agree to anything. This particular location has a lot of tourists but if you get there early you can beat them and avoid them being in your backgrounds, which will open the door to a lot of technically very good compositions as noted here >>4442646 though I thought she was quite beautiful.

To get that shot of her I had to almost get on the floor of the water line but I made it work, this would have been done on the 85/1.4D Nikkor, great lens.

The most important part to prevent dropping the spaghetti on these shoots is on the way out, everybody walk the dinosaur.
