Refinishing my front door. Thing is solid red oak but had 50 years of paint on it, at least 5 layers of ugly with the final one dirt brown. The worst part was the factory primer. I can't believe this is the first time this thing was actually stained. Did the recesses in darker polyshade today. Still need a couple more coats of polyurethane and then have to do the back which is way simpler.
