Yeah TwT, I wish there was some, all vitamins supplement but I can't find one, or have the energy to find one. I tried some like teenager general vitamin stuff but it was disgusting.

That's the thing, I've been sleeping a lot lately, and without sounds or light. But I'm still tired when I get home after being awake for like 4 hours. I've also been doing some crying and stuff so I guess I got tired after that lol
