That being said I think most of the AI vid hype comes from the new Google model Veo3 which does render both sounds and vid at the same time with pretty crazy fidelity.

Dances are probably the easiest to animate, you can even do fairly complex ones if you have a reference (I don't do much but it's the go to test for many doing these ai vids lol)
