Christchan herself was also definitely something of a mascot. Especially when deus vult posting was still big. Board-tans are obviously significantly older but if we're talking both longevity and persistence christchan has been a board staple thays never entierly fallen off for over a decade and has been around since just a few years after /new/s was brought back as /pol/ and is definitely up there as a canidate. I wish maldraw would appreciate that.
