search for yoshitaka amano on e-hentai, bunch of his works are uploaded there in arbooks. Sadly there is no definitive collection with pristine quality of all of his works, tho the best quality of his final fantasy works are probably in the FF Pixel Remaster galleries, not sure if that's available online or only in the games
