Can somebody explain to me what I'm looking at in this image? I think I'm starting to see this often where I'm pretty sure the image isn't AI-generated, but there's some kind of smear effect going on that LOOKS like it was handled by an ai. Did it do some extra processing? Or maybe it was generated from some kind of prompt that says "Make image Z from images X and Y?"

The new age is strange. It reminds me of those stock filters that come with Photoshop.
