I'm going to assume you're talking about a Saber team, it's easy for a -1 spd setup to get fucked for a cycle if Saber gets a bad action advance from her talent, usually you can fix it by keeping her energy in mind but sometimes you'll get pushed up by an enemy randomly attacking her into ult range and you just have to live with it
