Incorrect. Split rate up 4*s are more common than rate up 5*s. also as of this anniversary, the rates for them were slightly increased. Prior to last week, two way split rate up 4*s had 1.2% chance each. Now it's 1.4%.

For comparison a rate up 5* is 0.8%
