I'd love to give you an inspirational speech but there's no sugar coating it with AI and the state of the world. I'm sure you know already. I've had people on my programming team laid off in the last few months. Corporate expect AI to replace, it wont and it'll be an absolute shitshow for everyone left and god help the future generations when none of these skills are human trained.
