Eupha literally marries the MC in the game and has several romantic scenes with him before that. The game doesn't allow the player to skip these.
There may have been other romance options planned but in the finished game (until the re-release happens lol) among the other female characters, it's only Gallica the fairy that can be considered a alternative romance option but she's much more of a mother or big sister character.
