Eligma = blank pink shard
Eleph = pink shard with student's face on it

The pink shards that are blank/don't have a face in them don't use those

you can only get those in the gacha sometimes in event/raids
you use them to buy Elephs to upgrade students

however some students Eleph are farmable, so you shouldn't buy them with Eligma if you don't have to

Eligma ideally should only be used to upgrade Meta students
