rn we have 10k carats when you create a new account, so around 60 pulls. If it's a .75% rateup, then you would only need to reroll 157 times on average to get at least 3 copies. (So literally a couple hours max), then you just grind for 2 weeks to 3LB/MLB it and profit? Not very difficult imo.
