A: Narasaka and Kodera live in a temporary establishment built by Border and Mikado City. Also, the HQ has living quarters for agents and employees to freely live in. The city will also attempt to buy houses left by civilians that moved away and rent them cheaply to civilians that lost their home.

A: If they wish to do that, they are allowed to go to their homes to retrieve their things under the supervision of Mikado City and Border.

A: They are supplied by Border, official and above agents have permission to carry them. One can use a slightly lower level authorization access to use Border's inner internet. After connecting with a Trion exchanger device, one is able to charge even when there is no power outlet available.
