Thinkan of buying the Nikke DLC which apparently comes with a code for a costume (I think it's pic?)

How much is that code worth? I'm fine with at least $8 (cuz that's the price of the DLC).
I don't play phone games, so idk if that's a fair price. Feels a bit steep for a skin
