in context lots of good-looking girls from rural East-Europe that do not necessarily know these things so it's easy to overlook the importance of etiquette
it matters, especially for that industry, it really really matters and you can immediately tell the difference to whom you're talking to
my criticism is that the apparent should not overtake the substance, but that's a whole different discussion that is even too deep for some young girls that wanted to make a quick buck or become famous with no other plans
