And that's fine. She's one of the center parts of P2, so if you don't care about her, you probably don't care about P2 either.
I'm just saying that it's not that "nothing happens" in P2, it's just that nothing happens to someone you actually care about.
Plenty has been happening to Yoru for example, she went from a non-humanoid evil owl, to a vengeful fiend, to now being the lustful lover of the person she had devoted herself to killing.
It's why I keep saying that it's a "War manga". Absolutely nothing happens in P2 that isn't being set in motion by Yoru and her quest for power.
