A lot of people now think that someone needs to be *morbidly* obese in order to be fat, but the troubling truth is that most people these days are actually obese according to BMI. It's so normalized that an obese person is defended as being not fat. An actually obese person won't even turn heads in America because people have come to correlate "obese" with the deathfats that ride mobility scooters in walmart.
