man, compatibility when your shipping characters in your head is a fucking nightmare as a fag. the vaaaast majority of characters in media are straight and i just cannot realistically figure out a scenario for most of it where "character whose canonically gotten married and has a child" suddenly decides they are going to do the most heinously gay shit ever in the next 5 minutes for apparently no reason at all. i really kinda miss like heterosexual smutt because its a LOT easier to imagine those same characters going off to do the most heinously straight shit ever out of the blue because then its just being horny.
