My first thought was basically "Yeah, normal stupid lib shit" like the rest of the shit you're posting, most of which doesn't really work in a humor thread btw. But on reflection, this is a fascinating example of actual doublethink in exactly the same terms that Orwell described. Bringing them in is not ethnic replacement, while simultaneously, removing them from the country is ethnic replacement. Both are somehow believed to be true while they notice absolutely no contradiction or dissonance whatsoever. Incredible.
