If you're on desktop (or any kind of PC really) would recommend you dropping those 100 roubles per month on socks proxy and use it with some proxy-specific extension like foxy proxy or switche omega or whatever by setting up custom rule to which websited to forward traffic through proxy and which to go directly. Pretty much did exactly that before the sudden unblockening that happend this spring.
Also I see people have troubles with cloudfare specifically? Try setting this thing on in flags section of your browser.
