Utterly wrong. DNA tests and language used in certain areas prove that there was an ancestor culture near Denisova Cave from where Finno-Ugric, Uralic and Native Americans originate from. But since then Finnic and Uralic tribes inhabited Western parts of Russia, Turks inhabited Eastern parts. Archeological evidence in Finland suggest that people existed in the area since the Ice Age. The oldest fishing net was found in Southern Finland. Rock paintings that date back thousands of years have been found. Russia was pretty much empty until recent 100-200 years. There is no "Russian" haplogroup. It's all mixed with many different haplogroups. The Jews like Putin are trying to claim rights to "Russian" culture, they're saying what it should be, and what is allowed.
