Chill the fuck out, stop making everything about you. People do not need to justify every single action, people online have all sorts of stuff that can happen to them both in other groups and irl, stop being bothered by it. It's not some big conspiracy and you probably had very little that could have prevented it, you're just attention starved.
You don't need to answer people right away either, and in fact not being always instantly available makes you come off as more stable and it actually should be perceived as a positive.
