As far as I can tell I think it's literally just all the stats added together, plus some other things like weapon calibration level? Not sure what the relative weighting of each stat is since obviously stuff like crit can't be valued the same per point as say atk or hp. Gold keys give less raw stats than purple though so they are worth less CE.

Her crit rate is already 65%, which means 105% accounting for her passive. So it was either HP or def if I wanted it to actually do something.
