It could be part of it, but it ain't the main cause, it's basically the point of where Zen probably sperg'd out. The collab was on the June 2nd, but when Zen talked about having the person ghosting her for months the next day (I looked at the stream days ago and it fits), and eventually removing Mouse's VIP 12 days later. Which likely means that it took 11 days to know the truth or when they had the fight.
Basically, Zen overthought Mouse constant ghosting and constant dismissal over collabs, only for her to collab behind her with people that are also friends with Zen (Ari and Henya). Only to realize that her suspicion was right.
It also explains the lack of VShojo collabs during the subathon, probably Zen had stuff planned, and it all became awkward with Zen and Mouse behaving this way. Zen expect a last hurrah, and got Ceasar'd

I will put this point of Zen, because I feel that's what happened.
