That image on chapter 4 resembles this too much for me to completely write this off as a coincidence. The fried fish/toriel/purple soul shit could have been trolling and the light world segment with Noelle's house/the rose could have been planned for the end of Chapter 3 since this was posted months before we got our first look at either. Someone pointed out the text anti aliasing as if Toby doesn't know we'd scrutinize that.
