This type of abuse was also reported by a French kid, Vincent, who recounts in an interviewed by Stan Maillaud how his dad was a drug trafficker/arms dealer suspected of being a handyman for one of those rings and who also locked him up for days on end with bugs to cause dissociation. There's also this Belgian woman Anneke Lucas who was trafficked to a German politician as a child and the method they used on her was to waterboard/drown her
It all goes back to the MK-Ultra project which was procured by the CIA after the US defeaded the Nazis (original name is Mental Kontrol Ultra)
