I think so yeah. It's not great or anything, but if you aren't the type to be able to appreciate what you can accomplish in the horror genre with a shoestring budget and a minimal amount of actors, locations and set pieces, then you will find it pretty boring. Basically, if you didn't enjoy The Blair Witch Project or Lake Mungo, you won't enjoy this either and will probably find it even more "boring".
