Falling has gigantic proportions regardless.
Makima's proportions aren't really that different from the rest of horse sisters, except for the fact that she's much thinner. Her having big breasts is not really a Fujimoto thing, but a fan addition.
Fami is probably drawn the "thickest", atleast in some panels.
