Marvelous could have a good thing going if they had went further with SK Run and turned it into a whole proper footrace game for non-mobile platforms. Kinda like Mario Kart, but with running.

Could have an item that when thrown behind, initially a ball of light or something, turns into a personalized distraction to slow them down like being hit with a turtle shell in Mario Kart. Like if Kat runs into the light ball, she is confronted with Asuka tied up, and spends a few seconds fondling her until the illusion disappears. Murakumo runs into it, a wooden dummy slaps her mask off and she has to go pick it up.

Stuff like that, along with clothing tears from taking damage.
