He just feels like they didn't even try making him interesting outside of the niche of "he reloads your ammo lol!"
Even as an accessory unit he doesn't do all too well? and as a standard reloader (tried him in my ammo team) the reload rarely ever even matters since its ALL he does for other units, he just gives them ammo back
