I will say, my experience is mixed. My dad had heart surgery and the hospital staff was great years later, he had another stay in the hospital staff was great and then the most recent time the hospital put my immune compromised, dad into a room with some mexican with infectious pneumonia, nearly killing him.

So it is crazy, it's a mixed bag. Sometimes they're the greatest things ever. Sometimes they lead your loved one right into death.
