If I were a villain, I would start the torture with a slight tickle, and then I would start to scratch slightly. I would start scratching harder and harder - until the skin tore and I reached the flesh. I would pull out teeth, nails, genitals, nipples and nose. Then I would proceed to place worms, maggots and excrement inside the individual's wounds. Also, I wouldn't let my enemy sleep more than 2 hours every single day.
