If you think about it, it explains everything. The sloppy art, the earrings floating on invisible human ears, the lazy chibi, the writing contradicting Fraux's entire character to this point, the writing style not matching every other one of Fraux's fates.
Also consider that they said "formal" units are a new hyperlimited type that will only be available in June. Yet these released at the very end of June and were available longer in July. But if these are a June exclusive unit type, they should have released end of May or mid June. Indicating the decision was made too late to implement the first set at the proper date. Giving further evidence that Fraux's unit was some sort of frankenstein abomination trying to rush it out as fast as possible.
