I kind of just prefer being able to reposition and/or dance around the enemy desu. Don't really use the visor much mostly because I'd rather not entertain the idea of revealing myself via the scan AoE just so I can find out if there's a gimpsuiter hiding in the toilet. Especially since every fucking person and their grandma's dog has a spire rifle and WILL pelt you with it if they know you exist within their immediate vicinity, so I'd prefer it if they didn't know I was nearby.
It's mostly just (reasonable) paranoia making me hesitant to use it over anything else...
