i'm not a heavy pvp'er and i'm not in a guild, but i want scouts to be faster and unarmed precisely because i'm solo. scouts with rockets just means guild swarms of scouts can catch and kill me when i'm trying to move fast and grab what i need. the thopters should have specialized uses, not power tiers. scouts should be scouting and assaults should be assaulting.
