Looking at the camera-lens setup, the phone seems to be either an iphone 11 or iphone 12. Of those, the iphone 11 is larger with a height of 150,9 millimetres, so to be generous, lets assume that is the phone on display here.

The gentlemen on the left appears to be about 9,75 phones tall, whereas the one on the right, I measured at roughly 9,5 phones.


Multiplying that with the height of the phone gives us an estimated height of ~147,3cm for the gentleman on the left, and ~143,4cm for the fellow on the right. Adding another generous 15% on top to compensate for the location of the phone in front of the men, we arrive at our final measurements:
