Fairly true, but similar to GNB, WAR can slap on Rampart and be unkillable with lifesteal and especially when the LB is up. Neither is going to kill anything alone, but they can tax an enemy alliance's resources with little risk of dying. Rampart could use a small duration nerf, by the way.
