Alice did at no point want Uzi dead

Completely fair to this point.
One can argue that had things gone on for longer Alice may have killed her, but that seems unlikely to me since Alice had several chances to kill all of the protagonists in an instant but never did so, one can argue that this was her only mistake, not being vicious enough.
