That's literally a point in a story I'm writing. If I can ever get good enough at art to produce it. A girl who always wears full dresses or sweaters or anything else to cover herself. And the MC never really recognizes how attractive she is. Until late into high school she gets so thick she can't hide it with baggy clothes anymore. She doesn't even reach full size until age 20 after the MC and her finally start dating and eventually marry.
