You can grab the example Comfy workflow (from the built-in templates) and it provides a link to an fp8 version. If you use that, it fits in about 17GB VRAM.
The full release is 22GB indeed, so it's a bit problematic since T5 is another ~5GB (which you need for CLIPping). Comfy can load it "partially" that way also for me though. I assume the rest is offloaded to RAM
