It's possible that Lemon confused the movie belt with one for the final boss, they seem to have the same mechanism after all. The Red Gavv is probably tied to the Amazingummy Gochizo, which doesn't look evil at all and is probably for a new Gavv form, either for the final episode or the Final Stage.
